Janitorial Worker

Clean Team Knoxville, LLC.is a family run commercial cleaning company looking for an environmental care associate (janitor, or custodian) to perform the day to day cleaning of a day care facility in the West Knoxville area.This location is located just off Kingston Pike near Pellissippi Parkway.The shift runs from 5:30pm until approximately 11:30pm Monday through Friday.There is a second facility 1 mile away that needs to be cleaned as well.The goal is to keep our clients buildings in a clean and orderly condition.This is a floor intense facility so the ideal candidate needs to be able to work on their feet for the entire shift and must be capable of lengthy vacuuming and mopping.Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulation Skills Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently MUST HAVE Availability Monday through Friday evening from 6pm - 1am Reliable Transportation Ability to pass a background check Willingness to learn Desire for growth Job Type:Part-time Pay:From $15.00 per hour Physical Setting:Office Shift availability:Night Shift (Required) Ability to Commute:Knoxville, TN 37922 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Knoxville, TN 37922:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
