Job Title: Janitorial / Custodial Associate Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM (Overtime and weekend availability required) Location: Warehouse Environment Position Overview: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Janitorial/Custodial Associates to support warehouse operations during peak season.This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial setting and capable of performing physical tasks throughout the shift.Immediate start opportunities available. Key Responsibilities: Perform multiple rounds of trash removal from various warehouse areas (including lifting and transporting large trash bags) Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces Sweep and mop warehouse floors to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Restock restroom and breakroom supplies as needed Break down cardboard and maintain organization in common areas Respond promptly to unexpected janitorial needs, including spills and general upkeep requests Support overall facility cleanliness to ensure a safe and professional work environment Qualifications: Previous janitorial, custodial, or warehouse cleaning experience preferred Ability to work in a warehouse environment (hot/cold conditions depending on season) Comfortable with repetitive lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation and strong attendance record Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed What We Offer: Competitive pay at $20/hour Full-time schedule with overtime potential Opportunity to gain experience in a large-scale warehouse operation Immediate start available Job Type:Full-time Pay:From $20.00 per hour Expected hours:No less than 40 per week Work Location:In person.
