Paid training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in your role.Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across assigned areas.Conduct detailed floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, stripping, and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance.Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas according to established protocols.Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines.Assist with custodial tasks such as window washing, light maintenance, and minor repairs when needed.Follow all safety procedures related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance to ensure a secure work environment.Support facility upkeep by performing general porter duties and ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.Requirements Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred; familiarity with commercial or industrial cleaning is a plus.Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing.Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.Reliable team player committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that make a positive impact every day!
