Our client an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is seeking an Japanese bilingual Sales and Operation to join their KY team.Title:Japanese bilingual Sales and Operation Industry:Logistics Type:Full Time Direct Hire(9am-6pm) Salary:$DOE Location:Georgetown, KY Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare quotes Negotiate pricing and contract terms Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal sales staff to ensure efficient shipment execution. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to management. Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining data integrity within internal systems. Build and develop a high-performing, profitable freight brokerage operation with a long-term goal of advancing into a leadership role. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including regular business reviews and relationship management. Contribute to corporate strategy development and annual budgeting processes, including cost control and year-end performance analysis. Review, track, and analyze operating costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy and alignment with budget targets. Manage troubleshooting and customer service support, including handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.Qualifications: 3years of sales and operation experience, supply chain or logistic industry preferred. Highschool diploma required Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects Bilingual ability with Japanese and English (both read/write/speak) Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
