Java Engineer

Location: Riverwoods, IL Salary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $60.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Java Engineer Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled engineer with strong expertise in backend development and modern integration technologies. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in Java, Spring frameworks, and API development, along with a solid understanding of security and messaging systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.). Build and optimize RESTful APIs for scalable, high-performance systems. Work with security protocols, including SSL, certificate management, and access control lists (ACLs). Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines. Integrate applications with messaging technologies such as Kafka, WebSphere MQ, or RabbitMQ.
