About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or experience in warehousing is a plus. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments accurately and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and effectively. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly. Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse operations and improve workflows.
