Senior Bench Jeweler About Us We're a long-established, family-owned jewelry store with a busy, full-service workshop.We value craftsmanship, reliability, and team spirit -- and we're looking for a senior jeweler to join our close-knit team.Role Overview As a Senior Jeweler, you'll handle advanced repairs and stone setting, with occasional antique/restoration projects.This is a hands-on bench role with limited customer interaction, focused on delivering consistent, high-quality work.Responsibilities Perform soldering, sizing, polishing, stone setting (especially diamonds), refinishing, and restoration Manage a steady flow of repair jobs with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with sales staff on repair feasibility and pricing guidance Work alongside another jeweler, sharing expertise and potentially leading shop organization/ordering Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a team-oriented environment Qualifications 10years of professional bench jeweler experience preferred Skilled in advanced repairs and diamond setting; comfortable with occasional custom/restoration work Strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and reliability Proficient with traditional bench tools (CAD not required) Clear communicator, collaborative, and punctual What We Offer Supportive, family-style team culture where jewelers are included in goals and bonuses Competitive pay based on experience, plus team bonus programs Opportunity to take on greater responsibility in shop operations Relocation assistance available Job Type:Full-time Pay:$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Relocation assistance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:jewelry repair:2 years (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
