Location:In personType:Full-time Job Summary We're hiring a reliable, organized Personal Jewelry Assistant to support the owner with daily studio tasks, errands, client communication, and operational follow-through.This role is hands-on and detail-heavy.You'll help keep repairs, client pieces, gold intake/outgoing, scheduling, and studio organization running smoothly.The right person is proactive, careful with high-value items, and comfortable working inside structured systems.ResponsibilitiesRepairs Errands Pick up and drop off client repairs with jewelers/vendors Assist with repair intake and returns:logging pieces, taking notes, and keeping records updated Track daily repair status updates using the studio tracking system Client Updates Scheduling Contact clients with repair updates, timing, and next steps (text/email/phone as directed) Schedule and confirm studio appointments Keep client item records organized for repairs, consignments, and gold-related drop-offs Shopify Support Support order processing and shipping workflow (as assigned) Assist with product uploads and basic Shopify organization tasks under manager direction Gold Inventory Handling (Daily Support) Organize gold intake/outgoing and maintain accurate logs Support studio inventory movement tracking (in/out of studio) Studio Organization Keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for appointments Maintain tidy storage, labeling, and consistent organization systems Handle day-to-day support tasks so nothing falls through the cracks Requirements (Must Have) Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to detail Comfortable handling high-value items carefully and consistently Strong communication skills (professional, clear, responsive) Comfortable working inside a structured tracking system Able to manage multiple tasks and follow processes exactly Jewelry experience (fine jewelry, vintage, or repairs knowledge) Preferred Experience in a studio, retail, or appointment-based client environment Basic Shopify familiarity How to Apply Submit your resume and a short note describing:Any jewelry experience (if applicable) Your comfort level with client communication scheduling Any Shopify, studio, or operations support experience.Pay:$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Application Question(s):Do you have professional jewelry experience (fine jewelry retail, studio, repairs intake, or similar) AND are you comfortable handling high-value pieces, coordinating repairs, and communicating with clients daily?
