Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Jewelry Consultant position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Jewelry Consultant will assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry, delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, providing expert guidance on jewelry options, processing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they leave with exceptional service and satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience expertise Proven ability in Retail Sales, with a focus on achieving sales goals Knowledge or interest in Jewelry Design and trends is highly advantageous Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site retail environment Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to customer needs High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in jewelry or sales are a plus
