The store is conveniently located in downtown Detroit, MI and just celebrated 100 years in business. Role Description This is an on-site role for a Jewelry Sales Associate located in Detroit, MI. The Jewelry Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, ensure client satisfaction, and build lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities also include maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, understanding the features and craftsmanship of jewelry pieces, and supporting store operations as needed. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and fostering positive Customer Experience Experience in Retail Sales and ensuring Customer Satisfaction is a must Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships Attention to detail and a passion for fine jewelry Basic knowledge of gemstones and jewelry, with a willingness to learn more
