About The Role Alignerr is inviting applications for the role of AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analyst . This is a fully remote and flexible contract opportunity for candidates with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and clear written communication. The role involves reviewing AI-generated content and assessing whether it meets standards of safety, fairness, accuracy, and ethical alignment. Selected analysts will help ensure that AI systems produce responsible, safe, and human-aligned outputs. No prior background in AI, policy, or compliance is mandatory. Key Responsibilities The selected candidates will be required to: Review AI-generated content against safety, fairness, and ethical standards. Classify outputs based on compliance criteria such as accuracy, bias, potential harm, and appropriateness. Identify and flag misleading, harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate content. Provide clear and structured written feedback on policy and compliance-related issues. Work across different topics, formats, and content categories. Complete assignments independently and asynchronously as per their own schedule. Eligibility Candidates With Backgrounds In The Following Fields May Apply Law Philosophy Social Sciences Journalism Public Policy Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, editorial review, AI systems, responsible AI frameworks, or structured content evaluation will be preferred. Preferred Skills Applicants should ideally have: Strong critical thinking and objective evaluation skills. Interest in ethics, fairness, policy, social responsibility, or responsible technology. Ability to explain reasoning clearly and concisely in writing. Attention to detail and consistency while following defined guidelines. Comfort with assessing nuanced, complex, or sensitive content.
