Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, VA. The selected candidate will manage daily responsibilities such as collaborating with clients, facilitating behavioral health programs, and maintaining detailed documentation. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, assessing client needs, developing personalized care plans, and supporting clients in achieving their wellness goals. Qualifications Proficiency in behavioral health practices, including assessment, counseling, and case management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster therapeutic relationships Organizational abilities for accurate and timely documentation Capacity to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Familiarity with state and federal behavioral health regulations and best practices Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related fields Prior experience in behavioral health or human services is preferred Current licensure or certification as required by the state is an advantage
