Job Title: Licensed Therapist / Counselor (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) Company: Anchor Haven Behavioral Health Location: Northeast Ohio (Cleveland & surrounding areas) Job Type: Part-Time / Flexible Schedule (W-2, Contracted – No Benefits) Flexible Caseload + Growth Opportunity for New Therapists About Anchor Haven Anchor Haven is a structured behavioral health program providing trauma-informed care to children and adolescents in a residential setting. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and stable environment where youth can grow, heal, and thrive. Position Summary We are seeking licensed therapists to provide clinical services on a flexible, per-session basis. This role is ideal for both experienced clinicians and newly licensed therapists looking to build hands-on experience in a structured behavioral health setting. New & Early-Career Therapists Encouraged to Apply Anchor Haven welcomes newly licensed clinicians (LSW/LPC). We provide a structured environment where therapists can gain experience in: Working with children and adolescents - Trauma-informed care - Behavioral interventions - Treatment planning and clinical documentation Compensation Structure This position operates on a per-session (per service) model, not traditional hourly pay. Individual therapy sessions: $40 – $50 per session - Group sessions: $25 – $35 per session - Compensation includes required documentation (progress notes) New graduate therapists typically earn $35 – $50 per completed session, depending on caseload and productivity. Flexible scheduling allows clinicians to build their own caseload and increase earnings over time. Key Responsibilities - Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy - Complete all required documentation (progress notes, treatment plans) - Participate in team collaboration as needed - Support residents in a structured behavioral health environment - Maintain compliance with OhioMHAS, Medicaid, and CARF standards Qualifications - Active Ohio license (LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC) - New graduates encouraged to apply - Strong willingness to learn and grow - Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment Schedule - Flexible scheduling based on program needs - Evening and after-school availability preferred Employment Requirements - This is a W-2 contracted position (no benefits provided) - Background check and fingerprinting required - Must meet OhioMHAS employment standards Why Join Anchor Haven?
