Location : Camp Springs, MD Job Summary The Business Process Improvement and Management Support Services (BPIMSS) contract supports the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) mission to enhance operational efficiency, governance, and data driven decision making across the Immigration Records and Identity Services Directorate (IRIS), Verification Division (VER), and the Field Operations Directorate (FOD). This effort provides executive management consulting, program and project management support, Agile adoption, business process optimization, data analytics, operational readiness, and strategic communications in support of critical immigration and identity verification programs. Under this contract, the contractor partners closely with USCIS leadership to streamline business operations, improve information technology investments, and ensure alignment between policy, process, and technology initiatives.
