Job Description
Jr. Systems Administrator Location: Harrisburg, PA (Onsite Hybrid after 6 months) Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift with Rotating On-Call Pay: $26–$28 per hour Why You'll Love This Role If you're passionate about technology and want hands-on experience supporting real-world systems that keep a fast-growing company running, this is your chance. What You'll Do System AdministrationMaintenance Support and maintain servers, systems, networks, and workstations Perform updates, patches, and upgrades to keep systems optimized Assist with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems Network Administration Support VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN environments Ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity SecurityCompliance Assist with Active Directory, access controls, and Group Policy Support security protocols such as MFA and antivirus Assist with audits and compliance initiatives (PCI DSS) BackupDisaster Recovery Monitor backups and assist with recovery planning Help ensure data integrity and availability VirtualizationCloud Technologies Support virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) Assist with AWS and Azure platforms Monitor system performance and recommend improvements AutomationReporting Assist with scripting and automation of routine tasks Help generate system performance and usage reports User SupportCollaboration Provide Tier 2 technical support Manage user accounts and permissions Collaborate with IT, Data, and Web Development teams Assist during outages or critical incidents What You Bring EducationExperience Associate degree required; Bachelor's preferred 3–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination Technical Skills Experience with Microsoft SQL, Access, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports Understanding of networking and IT infrastructure Core Competencies Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and work under pressure Effective communication and teamwork Sound judgment and decision-making ability Who We Are Founded in 1985 by two friends and their shared passion for classic Mustangs, CJ Pony Parts is committed to empowering the automotive community to enjoy the restoration and performance hobby.
