Position Summary The Junior Marketing Associate will own the recruitment, growth, and management of the company's global rider and driver research panels, which power the data behind its flagship pricing intelligence and published research reports. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends growth marketing, community operations, panel management, and light data analysis across international markets. The ideal hire is a scrappy, globally-minded marketing operator who is equally comfortable launching paid acquisition campaigns, jumping into local driver WhatsApp groups, and reporting on panel KPIs. Key Responsibilities Global Driver Panel Management Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies across email, driver communities, social media groups, WhatsApp, and niche driver platforms Identify and implement automation and system improvements to streamline onboarding and lower Cost Per Acquisition Hire and manage local brand representatives in key international markets to support on-the-ground recruitment Partner with engineering teams to source specific driver segments for technical testing in new and expanding markets Global Rider Panel Management Scale rider panels using a mix of organic outreach (email, social) and paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and Meta Manage and consistently hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets to ensure research teams have adequate sample sizes Operations and Participant Experience Design, oversee, and distribute incentive and rewards programs to drive participation and retention Serve as the primary point of contact for panel members, resolving issues and maintaining a strong community brand reputation Oversee the distribution of user surveys and assist in synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for marketing and product teams Data and Reporting Monitor and report on panel health via dashboards and spreadsheets Support the broader marketing team with creative asset requests, copywriting for recruitment, and special projects Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or market research Strong spreadsheet fluency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to translate numbers into performance trends Experience with CRM tools, survey software (Typeform, Qualtrics, or similar), and basic working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities globally A scrappy, hands-on mindset and willingness to work directly inside WhatsApp groups, local forums, and community channels to find the right participants Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning weekly and monthly KPIs Available during US time zones Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in the mobility, rideshare, gig economy, or two-sided marketplace space Prior work at a research panel provider or user research operations function Multilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi, or Arabic International living, working, or recruiting experience in LATAM, EMEA, or APAC markets Experience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Braze Background working at an early-stage consumer startup Why This Role High-visibility ownership of the data engine behind a globally cited research and intelligence product Direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, and marketing Remote flexibility with the option for NYC-based hybrid work Mission-driven culture focused on transparency, consumer empowerment, and the future of autonomous mobility Unlimited vacation time and health and wellness stipend
