We're looking for a driven Jr. Project/Market Manager that will focus on our “Rolling Billboard” advertising projects. You will be traveling nationwide every month to job sites for outside sales, oversee crews, and execute on projects. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish/English, have proven outside sales experience and strong administrative skills. We expect you to be able to travel with very little notice and be on the road for 2-3 weeks at a time. Must also have a “whatever it takes” work ethic and be willing to work nights and weekends. Are you comfortable traveling for 2-3 weeks every month? Do you have 2 years of cold calling sales experience? Do you have 2 years of related administrative experience? This role is 60% responsible for hands-on operations and 40% responsible for cold call sales. Road Warrior spending 2-3 weeks on the road every month. 75% working from the road 25% working from home Responsible for detailed project management of small to large Rolling Billboard projects. Regularly interfaces with Sales, Production Associates, Digital Team, and Management. Frontline Jr Manager responsible for monitoring day to day operations, staff, and rolling billboards on the field. Heavy administrative duties, task management, and customer interactions. MUST be fluent in Spanish! ADMINISTRATIVE Daily data entry, monitoring processes, task management, team schedule, field troubleshooting and other related duties. First point of vendor contacts. Experience with CRM software and other G-Suite applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc...) is a plus. SALES Comfortable with COLD CALL SALES, canvassing industrial truck parking, creating leads, closing sales. Comfortable working in warehouse environments, nights and weekends. MANAGEMENT Assist with field personnel management. Hands on manager who will also perform the work when necessary. We have a very fast paced company culture whereas all of our employees are expected to be “on call” to assist with last minutes emergencies that may arise. Base Salary: $45,000-$50,000 year Commission: Average $5,000 Year Benefits (after 90 days): Health, Dental, Life, 401K All travel related expenses are paid by the company.
