Duties Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and specialty beverages using professional equipment. Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales accurately. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders clearly, and answering questions about menu options. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the café area, including food preparation stations and serving areas. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and basic math calculations for transactions. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness regularly. Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations. Qualifications Previous barista experience or background in coffee preparation is highly desirable. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. If you speak Spanish it would be a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations.
