Junior Accountant / Accounting & ERP Specialist Location: Jackson, WI Position Overview We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and hands-on Junior Accountant / Accounting & ERP Specialist to join our growing team in Jackson, WI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, supporting operations, and helping drive the business forward inside a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a sit-back transactional accounting role. We are looking for someone who can jump into the ERP system, pull meaningful data, support accounting operations, assist leadership with reporting, and help keep things moving. The right person will be organized, analytical, proactive, and willing to roll up their sleeves. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and general ledger activities Pull, analyze, and manipulate data from ERP systems for reporting and operational support Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Support inventory accounting and manufacturing-related reporting activities Work closely with operations, purchasing, and leadership teams to provide accurate and timely information Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and help improve processes Maintain accuracy and integrity across accounting and operational data Assist with reporting, data cleanup, and ERP optimization initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 2–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or ERP-related experience Experience working within ERP systems preferred Strong Excel and data analysis skills Manufacturing or inventory accounting exposure is a plus Self-starter mentality with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment Strong communication and organizational skills What We’re Looking For Someone who takes ownership and gets things done Analytical mindset with the ability to work through data and solve problems Team player willing to support both accounting and operational functions Ability to balance detail, urgency, and accuracy in a growing environment Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
