Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Junior Analyst. The Junior Analyst will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support the design and evaluation of programs. They will prepare reports, presentations, and insights for internal and external stakeholders, identify trends, and offer recommendations. Additional responsibilities include conducting research, maintaining databases, and providing general assistance to support project goals. Qualifications Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation Experience with research methodologies and report preparation Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks Effective written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently from a remote setting Educational experience in data analytics, social sciences, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
