The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports, and providing insights that support business decisions and organizational growth. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to develop analytical and business skills. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or variances. Assist in conducting market, financial, and operational research. Support process improvement and data-driven decision-making initiatives. Maintain accurate records, databases, and reporting systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and business initiatives. Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative support as needed. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in analysis, operations, reporting, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in analytics or reporting. Knowledge of business operations and data analysis techniques. Experience working in fast-paced or deadline-driven environments is an advantage.
