The ideal candidate will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business performance and support strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to develop analytical and problem-solving skills in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Support cross-functional teams with research and data-driven insights. Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports. Conduct market, financial, or operational research as assigned. Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Perform ad hoc analysis and administrative support when needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in analysis, operations, finance, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Internship or academic project experience in analytics or reporting. Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools. Experience working in fast-paced environments is a plus.
