We are looking for a Junior Art Director who thrives in that environment. Position Overview FINAO is seeking a highly creative, concept driven Junior Art Director with 1 to 3 years of experience who is eager to grow quickly while contributing across branding, digital, content, campaign, and event initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative instincts, solid foundational design skills, and a passion for building impactful work across a wide variety of touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, developers, copywriters, and senior creative leadership to help create compelling work for some of the most forward thinking brands in tech. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a strong portfolio, sharp attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in a fast paced agency environment. We are looking for someone who thinks beyond aesthetics alone and is interested in messaging, positioning, storytelling, and understanding how creative work drives business outcomes. Responsibilities Develop creative concepts that support client goals, positioning, and broader marketing strategy Demonstrate strong concepting abilities across branding, website, campaign, content, and event creative Execute promotional assets for websites, banner ads, social campaigns, paid media, emails, and landing pages Design whitepapers, ebooks, infographics, presentations, and other content marketing materials Create website layouts, landing pages, UI concepts, and email designs Storyboard concepts for animated videos, motion graphics, and web animations Assist the creative team with execution of campaign materials from concept through production Collaborate cross functionally to ensure creative consistency and quality across all deliverables Present ideas clearly and communicate design rationale effectively Self manage time, priorities, and multiple concurrent projects in a fast paced environment Stay current on emerging design trends, technologies, creative platforms, and industry best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, or a related field 1 to 3 years of agency, studio, or in house digital and print design experience Hands on experience in branding, content, campaign, and web design Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual abilities, critical thinking, and creative execution Must be proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Strong understanding of digital design systems, UI and UX principles, and modern web design trends Ability to think beyond design execution and understand the bigger picture around messaging, positioning, and brand strategy Bonus points if you can contribute headline writing, messaging ideas, or conceptual copy direction Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word Working knowledge of Google Slides and Google Docs Understanding of animation and motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Spline, and or Blender is a plus Understanding of AI creative tools such as Midjourney is a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Must work well with others and contribute positively within a highly collaborative team environment Strong self management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines Must have a willingness to learn new techniques, platforms, and emerging technologies while adapting alongside industry trends What We Are Looking For A conceptual thinker, not just a production designer Someone eager to learn, improve, and grow quickly A designer who understands how branding connects to business outcomes Someone who takes initiative and pushes ideas further A collaborative creative who thrives in a fast moving
