JA's support front-line operations, guest and member interactions, vehicle readiness, and admin work that keeps things running. What you'll do Support day-to-day retail operations: customer interactions, package and mailbox handling, shipping prep Prepare vehicles for guest rentals (cleaning, staging, check-in/check-out documentation) Complete assigned tasks and project work within Linear cycles, Greet and assist guests, members, and renters across email, phone, and in-person Follow cash-handling, privacy, and safety protocols consistently What we're looking for Strong attention to detail, reliability, and clear communication Comfort with everyday tech (email, Google Workspace, Chromebooks) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Local to Conroe, TX with valid US work authorization Full job description and application: https://astric.co/careers/ja-conroe Pay: $15.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
