About the Role We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate-level lawyer with 0-3 years experience to join our Commercial Litigation practice group. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of business disputes across diverse practice areas, experience with probate and trust litigation is a plus. The ideal candidate is a strong writer, an analytical thinker, and someone who enjoys collaborating across practice areas. Key Responsibilities Prepare client/witness affidavits, draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, petitions, and other court documents. Review, edit, and cite check motion papers. Assemble and review documents for litigation and transactional matters, including court trials, hearings, depositions, mergers and acquisition deals, real estate transactions, and corporate governance work. Assist attorneys in preparation for hearings, city/county committee meetings, and depositions and possibly attend the same. Research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and shareholder issues.
