This role requires a systems-minded individual with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, who is adept at designing processes that foster clarity and momentum. The Junior Chief of Staff will also be responsible for supporting firmwide initiatives, drafting and organizing various communications, preparing for meetings, and assisting with business development. A strong emphasis is placed on being empathetic, service-oriented, and a trusted communicator, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and a commitment to continuous learning and feedback.
