A company is looking for a Junior Clinical Trials Data Specialist. Key Responsibilities Review patient clinical records to determine clinical trial matches Independently manage clinical trial workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customized clinical reports Navigate and synthesize information from multiple data sources and ensure clinical reports are accurate and aligned with requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Genetics, Molecular Genetics, Cancer Biology, or Biological Sciences Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs Ability to manage complex tasks efficiently under time constraints Self-motivated and able to thrive independently as well as within a collaborative, high-performing team Demonstrated passion for making an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
