Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA for a Junior Consultant. The Junior Consultant will support the development and implementation of AI-native solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, gathering business requirements, and delivering actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include contributing to client-focused projects, providing process optimization recommendations, and assisting in the development of prototypes and workflows for AI-driven features. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Technical skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and conducting structured research. Communication expertise, including preparing clear reports and presenting insights effectively. Project management abilities, such as managing timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of AI concepts, automation, and workflow design is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and tackle new challenges with a proactive mindset. Interest or experience in areas such as SaaS, fintech, AI infrastructure, or automation tools is a plus.
