Junior Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Junior Contracts Analyst (Remote). Key Responsibilities Administer various contractual documents including Non-Disclosure agreements and Statements of Work Maintain workflow and lifecycle of contracts, addressing issues and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Act as a liaison between company employees and clients regarding contract variations and updates Required Qualifications BA/BS Degree with 0-2 years of related experience or equivalent Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and contract management systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Team-oriented with a self-starter attitude Experience in contract administration and compliance tracking is preferred
