We’re looking for a junior creative who wants real-world experience creating content for brands, creators, and real-world projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, cinematography, editing, photography, social media, YouTube creators, podcasts, music, culture, or creative business. Previous "work" experience is not required, we care far more about creativity, taste, energy, initiative, and willingness to improve. You’ll work directly alongside a founder who previously built in the coaching / media space and hosted a globally ranked podcast. This role will involve close collaboration, honest feedback, mentorship, and a lot of real-world learning by doing. You will shoot and edit video content while building your own portfolio and creative skill set in the process. We value creativity, freedom, curiosity, good energy, and people who genuinely want to become exceptional at what they do, without falling into exhausting corporate environments. This opportunity will begin on a part-time / project basis as we build, with strong potential to grow into a larger long-term role over time for the right person.
