About the Role We’re hiring a Junior Customer Success Manager to help manage and grow relationships with our customers. This is an early-career Customer Success role designed for someone who has some experience in SaaS or client-facing roles and is ready to take ownership of customer relationships. You’ll work closely with customers to ensure successful onboarding, strong product adoption, and long-term value. What You’ll Do Support the full post-sale lifecycle , from onboarding through ongoing engagement Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers (with guidance) Drive product adoption and usage across accounts Build strong relationships and ensure customers are seeing value from the platform Identify risks early and escalate issues proactively Support renewals and expansion opportunities Track customer health, usage, and engagement metrics Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to improve customer outcomes Contribute to building scalable Customer Success processes What We’re Looking For Required 1–3 years of experience in: Customer Success Account Management Client-facing SaaS roles Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable working with data and tracking performance metrics Experience using CRM or customer tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Preferred (Not Required) Experience in SaaS industries such as: Hospitality / Restaurant Tech (POS, reservations) Real Estate / PropTech Healthcare or Construction SaaS Exposure to: Customer onboarding Product adoption Retention or account growth What Success Looks Like Customers are successfully onboarded and actively engaged Strong customer relationships and positive feedback High levels of product adoption and usage Contribution to retention and account growth Compensation Base : $65k–$80k Performance bonus tied to retention and account health metrics Full benefits package Opportunity for growth as the company scales Why Join Bitesize High-visibility role with direct impact on company growth Close partnership with leadership Clear growth path into CS leadership Fully remote within the U.S. Our Commitment to Inclusion At Bitesize, we believe inclusion and diversity are essential to building meaningful connections with our people, customers, and communities.
