Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable, hands-on junior-level General Laborer/Landscaper to support the daily upkeep and maintenance of a private property.This role is ideal for someone with foundational skills who is eager to learn and grow.You will work alongside experienced senior managers who will provide guidance, training, and support in property operations and maintenance.Monday- Saturday schedule.Key Responsibilities:General yard and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, cleanup, irrigation) Assist with repair and maintenance of sprinklers and irrigation systems Assist with basic repairs including fences and light electrical work Daily care of horse stalls, including:Mucking stalls Feeding horses twice daily General labor tasks as needed to support property operations Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment Required Skills & Qualifications:Entry-level to junior experience in landscaping, general labor, or property maintenance Willingness to learn new skills and follow established systems Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools Comfortable working around horses and performing stall maintenance Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to work independently when needed and take direction from senior managers Must be able to pass a background check Employment Details:Position begins with a 30-60 day trial period Opportunity for full-time, long-term employment after successful trial Paid hourly as a W-2 employee Ongoing training and mentorship from senior managers Job Type:Full-time Pay:$23.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:No less than 48 per week Benefits:On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
