The minimum requirements for candidates are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture 3-7 years of experience in a NYC professional architecture office Creative design skills and ability to translate design into drawings A good communicator who can manage workflow and time well Understanding how a multifamily residential project works within New York City A basic understanding of NYC codes and zoning Strong computer skills listed below: Fluency in Revit is a MUST: minimum 3 years working with Revit in a professional office in NYC Good working knowledge of the following programs are an advantage Sketchup, Adobe suite
