Junior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join their team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements Manage the contract lifecycle, including tracking deadlines and renewals Conduct legal research on relevant topics and assist in developing internal legal processes Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction 1-3+ years of relevant legal experience Strong interest in transitioning to an in-house role
