We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong healthcare background, preferably with clinical experience, to lead the development and enhancement of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clinical needs and technology solutions, ensuring products are aligned with patient care standards, regulatory requirements, and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare solutions Collaborate with clinical stakeholders, engineering, and business teams Translate clinical and operational needs into product requirements Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA) Drive product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement Analyze market trends, user feedback, and healthcare data to inform decisions Preferred Qualifications: Background in healthcare or clinical practice (RN, MD, or similar) Experience in healthcare IT, EHR/EMR systems, or digital health products Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
