🔔 We're Hiring — Junior Sales Representative (Entry Level) Primizie Foods — Texas | Houston, TX | Full-Time | Outside Sales — About Primizie Foods Primizie Foods brings premium European food brands — Bindi, Bridor, Bonne Maman, Andros, White Toque, and more — to the best restaurants, hotels, country clubs, catering companies, and coffee shops in the Houston Metro area. We are a focused regional team with the reach, brand relationships, and the support of a nationwide company. Our portfolio opens doors — and we are building the sales team to walk through them. — The Opportunity We are growing our Houston territory and looking for a driven, personable entry-level sales rep to help us expand our customer base. This is a field-based role built for someone who is energized by being out in the market, building relationships, and opening doors. You will work directly with our sales manager, learning the business from the ground up with full support and mentorship behind you. — What You Will Be Doing Prospecting new accounts through in-person visits and networking across the Houston food service market Setting qualified appointments for you and your manager and supporting the full sales cycle Building your own book of accounts independently as you develop Representing our portfolio of premium brands with professionalism and product knowledge — full training provided Maintaining organized records of activity, contacts, and pipeline in our CRM — Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $36,000–$40,000 per year Plus commission — expected total earnings: $40,000–$52,000+ Full health, dental, and vision benefits 401k with company matching Mileage reimbursement Company equipment — phone and iPad Paid time off Direct mentorship from an experienced sales manager Real room for advancement as the Texas territory grows — What We Are Looking For Recent college graduate or graduating soon — any major considered, business or hospitality a plus Outgoing and confident, comfortable talking to people and presenting products Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license — this is a field role with daily driving Self-motivated and organized Genuine interest in food, hospitality, or the restaurant industry — How to Apply Send your resume to jgambino@primiziefoods.com with the subject line "Houston Sales Rep."
