Sun Gold Power Inc. About the Role Sun Gold Power is seeking motivated, curious, and energetic individuals to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll work directly with customers over the phone to help them understand and select our products. You’ll handle mostly inbound inquiries to design quotations and systems to meet their needs. We provide training, so you don’t need prior experience—just a strong willingness to learn and engage with customers. What You’ll Do Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email Help customers choose the right products based on their needs Explain product features in a clear and simple way Follow up on quotes and opportunities to close sales Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics, and technical support) Assist with outbound initiatives What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable learning and explaining technical products Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales Preferred (not required): Sales, customer service, or technical experience Spanish language skills Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds or more as needed Occasional travel may be required for events or trade shows Compensation & Benefits On-target earnings: $6,500+/month (uncapped commission potential) 401(k) with company match Health, dental, life and vision insurance Paid time off Free electric vehicle charging Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding company Additional Information This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
