About the Role: The "Copilot" & Culture Keeper The Junk Removal Technician (JRT) is the heartbeat of our field operations. You are the "Right Hand" to the Truck Commander, ensuring every job is executed with precision, safety, and a positive attitude. This isn't just about heavy lifting; it’s about alignment. You are the face of our values on every job site. Whether you’re navigating a complex furniture removal or chatting with a homeowner about our donation partners, you are making an impact. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Work alongside your Truck Commander to complete residential and commercial junk removal safely and efficiently. The "Donation Scout": Take ownership of sorting and categorizing items. We prioritize "Donation First"—you’ll ensure that items that can help the community don't end up in a landfill.
