Duties Conduct guided tours of various locations, ensuring an engaging and informative experience for all participants. Share interesting facts, stories, and insights about the sites visited to enhance guest understanding and enjoyment. Manage group dynamics effectively, ensuring all guests feel included and engaged throughout the tour. Answer questions from guests with confidence and clarity, providing additional information as needed. Maintain a punctual schedule, ensuring tours start and end on time while managing time effectively during each segment of the tour. Collaborate with team members to improve tour content and delivery based on guest feedback and experiences. Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse groups of visitors. Strong leadership skills to guide groups confidently and manage varying dynamics effectively. Excellent public speaking skills to engage audiences of all sizes with clarity and enthusiasm. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all guests.
