Kennel Assistant

Job Summary As a Kennel Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and happiness of our furry guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to dogs and other animals while maintaining a clean and safe environment. What you’ll do Provide daily care for dogs and other pet guests including feeding and exercising them. Maintain cleanliness in the kennel and all areas by regularly cleaning and sanitizing kennels, play areas, and equipment. Monitor the behavior and health of animals to identify any signs of distress or illness. Occasionally engage with pet owners to provide excellent customer service and updates on their pets’ well-being. Experience Previous experience in a kennel or animal care setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with dog handling techniques and animal restraint methods is essential..
