Responsibilities Provide attentive pet care by feeding, watering, exercising, and monitoring dogs’ health and behavior Perform dog handling tasks including walking, playing, and socializing to promote good behavior and mental stimulation Ensure animal safety through proper restraint techniques and adherence to handling protocols Maintain clean and organized kennel areas, including cleaning cages, bedding, and common spaces Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ status and any concerns while delivering excellent customer service Requirements Prior experience in dog training, pet grooming, or animal handling is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or multiple animals Strong animal restraint skills to ensure safety for both pets and staff Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Previous kennel experience or pet sitting background preferred Familiarity with pet care routines, including feeding schedules and health monitoring Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with energy and enthusiasm This role is perfect for passionate animal lovers eager to develop their skills in pet care while contributing to a caring community.
