Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and development Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence while managing cases from inception through resolution Handle all aspects of discovery, attend hearings, and maintain organized case files within a case management system Qualifications Active Bar admission in Kentucky (required) Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 0 - 4 years of litigation experience preferred Strong legal research skills, with proficiency in tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
