The role This is a senior, commercially focused position with full ownership of key automotive OEM accounts. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing long-term customer strategies and strengthening relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, while acting as a key interface between the customer and internal teams. Key responsibilities Own and grow key automotive OEM accounts across North America Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitability Build relationships across engineering, purchasing and leadership teams within OEMs Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing customers Lead forecasting, pricing and commercial negotiations Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical and project stakeholders Ensure alignment with automotive processes including PPAP, APQP and customer requirements Support and influence internal teams to deliver on customer expectations What we are looking for 10+ years’ experience in sales or account management within the automotive industry Direct experience managing automotive OEM customers Strong understanding of automotive processes such as PPAP and APQP Proven track record of growing key accounts and delivering commercial results Experience working with materials, components or technical products (chemicals not essential) Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence at multiple levels Based within a commutable distance of Taylor, MI Apply now for a confidential discussion.
