We are currently looking for a qualified Key Holder for our Newberg Location! The ideal candidate possesses leadership skills and strives for functionality with quality, team building & training, materials, packaging, human resources, etc., to ensure that daily needs are met. The position is full-time. The candidate must have an active OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit to be considered. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To include but not limited to the following: ● Mentor staff to ensure customer quality and happiness. ● Leader, self-starter ● Escalation point: Resolves day-to-day issues and monitors performance to plan related to staffing and quality of product to the customer. ● Ensure employees adhere to attendance, company policies, and procedures. ● Proficient with team management while following Boli labor requirements. ● Ensure inventory accountability and presentation. ● Ensure menu accuracy for a seamless online shopping experience. ● Assist clients with exceptional customer service and dedication. ● Ensure a smooth product return process following company procedures. ● Moderately proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets ● Moderate understanding of technology and connectivity. ● Ensure all work in progress is monitored and that all final products are inspected for quality. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS: ● Supervisor/Management experience in a cannabis environment is preferred, but not required. ● One or more years of leadership experience. ● The candidate must have have an active OLCC Marijuana Handlers Permit to be considered. ● Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: ● Proven leadership experience ● Passion for mentoring/training ● Able to take charge and will not have issues with making difficult decisions or commitments. ● Self-starter/self-motivated/Flexible ● Reliable, dependable, and punctual ● A positive customer customer-focused attitude. ● Enjoys fast-paced and rapidly changing environment ● Honest with good integrity ● Professional demeanor and respect for people in all situations ● Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often Pay: From $17.50 per hour Benefits Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Ability to Commute: Newberg, OR 97132 (Required) Work Location: In person
