Key Holder / Retail Sales Associate

Overview We are a retail based small business seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Store Key Holder , you will play a key role in supporting the store owner in all aspects of store operations. This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong selling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Top customer service, reliability and selling skills a MUST! Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, and offer an unforgettable retail experience. Duties Assist the store owner in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the overall shopping experience Assist with stock and inventory levels Collaborate with the store owner to develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organized store environment Offer store wide sales to every single customer, and communicate to build sale. responsible and reliability a MUST.
