Habebe Couture At Habebe Couture, we believe that your story deserves to be told with the finest materials and the most exquisite craftsmanship.For the discerning woman who seeks refinement in every aspect of her wardrobe, we offer a curated selection of dresses and lingerie, each piece embodying the same dedication to quality and elegance that defines Habebe Couture.Our handbags are a masterpiece, designed by you and brought to life by our skilled artisans.Select from an array of luxurious leathers, rich hues, and delicate embellishments to create a piece that is uniquely yours.Our collection extends beyond handbags to include Indian inspired jewelry, where tradition meets modernity in a harmonious blend of cultural artistry.Job OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Key Holder/Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team.In this vital role, you will serve as a leader on the sales floor, ensuring exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations.Your enthusiasm and management skills will help create a welcoming environment for customers and motivate team members to achieve sales goals.This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership abilities while contributing to a thriving retail environment.Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, providing expert assistance and personalized shopping experiences to foster loyalty and satisfaction Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control Support sales efforts through effective product knowledge, upselling, and negotiation techniques to maximize revenue Supervise team members during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to policies, and excellent customer service standards Maintain accurate POS (Point of Sale) transactions, perform cashier duties, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism Oversee stock management tasks such as merchandising, stocking shelves, inventory management, and purchasing to ensure product availability Participate in employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and recruitment activities to build a strong team culture Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with supervisory or assistant manager responsibilities preferred Strong management skills with demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing store operations Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and inventory control processes Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and retail math fundamentals Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management Previous experience with training & development, payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting or store management is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations effectively using phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills Join us if you're passionate about retail management and eager to lead a vibrant team!
