Overview We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Key Holder to join our retail team! Duties Open and close the store securely, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and customer interactions Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential Oversee scheduling, shift management, and ensure proper coverage during operating hours Assist in recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing and onboarding new employees Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers to foster a positive shopping experience Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales Experience Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail or related fields Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams effectively Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques Familiarity with merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management techniques Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform bookkeeping tasks confidently Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in stock control and store presentation Join us as a Key Holder and become an essential part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences!
