We’re looking for a passionate, polished Assistant Manager to help us elevate every experience. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations in our luxury fragrance atelier Ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable, personalized experience Support and motivate our team of fragrance specialists Oversee bookings, private events, and VIP appointments Maintain an elegant, Instagram-worthy studio presentation Manage inventory of rare oils, bottles, and premium supplies Who You Are Naturally hospitable and polished Passionate about luxury, fragrance, and experiences Experienced in management or supervisory roles Detail-oriented with a flair for aesthetics and presentation Comfortable creating memorable moments for high-end clientele Why Tijon?
