Job Title: Key Holder Location: Bleecker, NY Report To: Store Manager Role Overview The Key Holder supports store leadership in daily operations and ensures a strong guest experience on the sales floor. This role acts as manager-on-duty when needed, supports team performance, and helps drive sales while maintaining brand and operational standards. What You’ll Do Deliver a high-level guest experience through product knowledge and customization support Actively sell on the floor and support the team in achieving daily sales goals Drive KPIs including conversion, AOV, and units per transaction Greet and engage every guest, introducing the brand and product offering Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards Restock inventory and maintain an organized sales floor Assist with inventory tasks including receiving, processing, and stock management Maintain a clean and organized back-of-house environment Support clienteling efforts to build and maintain guest relationships Assist with events, trunk shows, and community outreach initiatives Provide direction and support to team members during shifts Open and close the store and act as manager-on-duty in the absence of leadership What You Bring Retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong passion for guest experience and sales Ability to support and guide team members Strong organizational and time management skills Clear communication and ability to manage priorities Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach Key Attributes Guest-first mindset with strong clienteling focus Driven to achieve sales goals and support team performance Understanding of KPIs including conversion, AOV, and productivity Strong sense of ownership and accountability Detail-oriented and highly organized Positive, collaborative team player Energetic and engaged on the sales floor Compensation Hourly rate: $19 – $22 per hour 20–24 hours/week for part-time positions 32–40 hours/week for full-time positions Schedule subject to change based on business needs and events Health benefits available for full-time employees 401(k) eligibility Why Work Here At Stoney Clover Lane, you’ll be part of a brand that values creativity, connection, and exceptional guest experience.
