Role Description The Keyholder role at BONJIL is a full-time, on-site position based in Manhattan, NY. As a Keyholder, you will oversee daily operations, support the retail team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include maintaining product knowledge, providing outstanding customer service, assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring a high standard of in-store presentation and performance. Additionally, you will help guide and motivate the team, handle opening and closing procedures, and act as a role model for the brand's values and vision. We are seeking someone with experience in the health, wellness, or spa industry who understands the importance of client care, rituals, and personalized service experiences. A strong understanding of the spa and wellness space, along with the ability to create a welcoming and attentive environment for clients, is essential. The role requires collaboration, leadership, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintaining outstanding customer experiences. Qualifications Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and the ability to communicate product benefits effectively to customers. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to create personalized and engaging customer experiences. Strong background in the wellness or spa space with the ability to confidently recommend and sell premium, high-value products and services. Ability to lead by example, take ownership of tasks, and work well in a team-oriented environment. Previous retail or luxury brand experience preferred. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
